Batch problems in newly portable versions of SmatCutter

I have discovered 2 bugs in version 1.8.4 portable in the batch section - 1.4.8 is OK, I am using .ts streams.
1. When removing commercials as usual, the first item in batch list is inserted again after the 3rd or 4th item when saving the video, resulting in a larger video than the original. I have experience this with several videos, and I can replicate the scenery.
This works OK in 1.4.8 portable. I still have one master .ts. If I just cut out the first 3 commercials, and leave the last 2-3 commercials, it works that far.
2. I have recorded a all day series of 9 episodes in one .ts file. When I try to split them into single files in batch with "LInk" unchecked it produces:
File 1 = Episode 1
File 2 = episode 1+2
.
.
File 9 = episode 1+ 2 +3+....+9 (all of them)
The last one (2.) I haven't tried in 1.4.8.
