Head or Tail no rendering function

The New version 1.2.7 works very good.
But I wonder that what if I only need to cut away the head or tail of the video?
For example, if I only need to cut away the last 30s of the video, I think the in-point part of the video need no rendering,
just do the end part for me is fine. So it can shorten the rendering time.
