Avid import problem

Hi, I have a clear problem with the file created by Smart Cutter.
IMHO (it must be checked) the video stream and the audio stream have different duration (few frames?). So, the Avid refuses to import it. For example, there is no import problem with Premiere Pro and with Sony Vegas. In Vegas, the issue can be seen on a timeline - the cursor jumps right into the "middle" of the frame.
I can send you the file for checking.

P.S. And please add a "drag and drop" function for opening a file!
