Sample causing smartcutter (Windows) to crash

I have come across a video .ts sample which causes the Windows version of smartcutter to crash when the 'stream fix' option is enabled.
I have uploaded the sample to the ftp server. The file is called smartcutter_crash_sample.ts and is in the wavelet sub-directory.
To see the crash, load the file, set the first frame as the start point and the last frame as the end point and then transcode. The program will crash after outputting about 1m20s of video.
