I am using smartcutter.
I need the timecode text(eg 00:05:58.103) for some usage.
for example, I need to append the timecodes of all the segments in the workspace into this format:
00:00:31.990-00:07:48.998,00:08:48.891-00:11:49.889,00:13:19.989-00:16:33.922,00:17:03.914-00:17:13.939,00:18:43.955-00:24:31.915
(which is called timecode-ranges in mkvtoolnix documentation)
It is very inconvenient to manually type in all the timecodes one-by-one, character-by-character.
Please add the ability to send the current timecode text to clipboard, so I can paste it easily.
and also, add the ability to generate the timecode-ranges string, and send it to clipboard, so I can paste it easily.
Thank you.
copy timecode to clipboard, generate timecode-ranges string
Re: copy timecode to clipboard, generate timecode-ranges str
Dear mikey:
Thanks for your message.
'Please add the ability to send the current timecode text to clipboard, so I can paste it easily. and also, add the ability to generate the timecode-ranges string, and send it to clipboard, so I can paste it easily.'
After you defined the segments, click 'add batch' on the top right of the UI, then on the batch item, right click and choose the context menu 'Output Points', you will get a text file, and you can find these time codes in it.
Please feel free to send us your further advice and suggestion.
Thank you very much.
