World's first frame accurate H.264 AVCHD cutter without re-encoding!

I've been a SmartCutter user for about a year with my previous camera. I've recently switched to the Panasonic GH4 and have not been able to get SmartCutter to cut the mp4 files from the camera. I would love to continue to use this program as part of my workflow to avoid re-compressing files. Here's a copy of the log:

Could you please upload a original video sample showing the problem to our ftp server for a test?

It would be better if the sample file size is less than 50 MB.

before uploading sample, please create sub-directory with your name under the root, then upload sample to this sub-directory.

FULL priviliged --- mkdir, read, write, remove
Will be helpful to limit the sample file size under 50MB.

We did find a problem. But not from the video cut process.

On our end, Smart Cutter does cut the video sample okay. The cut result is ok in MPC HC playback.

But both the video sample itself and the cut result show strange display in VLC playback.

Will try more and keep you posted about the progress.

I am not getting a cut file at all - I don't see how you could be. The file get's created, but is a zero length file and the program crashes with error as mentioned above. Your test program must be different than the one I am using. I also had someone else try on a different machine and they go the same result.

We tested it okay on Win7 32-bit and Win7 64-bit.
We are using Smart Cutter v1.9.2 portable
