Framer conversion... Audio not in synch

Hi,
I am using Framer to convert a 2 gig .mts (avchd) file to a format that easily imported into Windows Movie Maker and eventually uploaded to youtube.
My problem is that the resulting output file has the audio out of synch with lip movement.
My O.S. is Windows 7 64 Bit.

Could you please tell me what "Batch Convert Movie Format" that I should use which will give me the BEST resolution, and PERFECT audio synch, MOST TESTED, that works with youtube and Windows Movie Maker?

If I can get bullet proof results, I will be PAYING for a full Liscense IMMEDIATELY!!!!
Thanks for any help you can give me with this!!!!

Dear fburden:
Thanks for your message.

' what "Batch Convert Movie Format" that I should use which will give me the BEST resolution, and PERFECT audio synch, MOST TESTED, that works with youtube and Windows Movie Maker?'
As we know, the best format for this is:
OUTPUT MPEG PS / MPEG2 VIDEO / MP2

You may please try that on your end.

Please feel free to send us your further advice and suggestion.
Thank you very much.
