Smart Cutter Changes Framerate in MP4s...

This program is great. I am about to purchase but have one problem.
I am simply trimming MP4 that all come from same camera, same settings - 1920x1080 @29.97fps
After trimming and transcoding the 4 files, they all have slightly different framerates - example: 29.969448 on one and 29.968816 on another...
There is no problem in the actual file - but I have to have all 4 files have the same framerate to be accepted by the video stitching program I am sending these to next (Kolor Autopano Video Pro) - it rejects them saying different framerates in source files.
I think this can be fixed simply by shortening/rounding the framerates to 29.97 in the transcode.
possible? or am i missing a step? i tried with stream fix option...
