Smart cutter crashes while record

I have one video which always crashes Smart Cutter at the very same location, a few seconds from the start. Playback works fine through the file, but when I set marks and hit "record" the entire program simply exits after it has generated about 4MB of output.

It's about 24MB..

I'm using the demo version.

Hey, thanks for your quick support!

A bit related to this.. "Load Project" sometimes doesn't work, it simply clears the list. This is a bit annoying when Smart Cutter has crashed during record (as explained above) and then even the project fails to load again.

The project file looks normal with hex editor, the file names etc show up correctly..

The problem seems to be somehow related to program version? I tried smart.portable.exe and it failed to load much more projects, but still some worked.

Then I tried re-installing Smart Mate, and now NONE of my projects load.. Interesting huh? I can generate new projects and those load fine, but the old ones don't.

i am using the portable version of the smart cutter, it works great by most of my captures, but i have a problem by the H264+LATM AAC channels. everytime when i try to dump the cutted TS using the record list button, it crashes in few seconds. i don't know what is the problem or what am i doing wrong. i would be glad, if you could help me.

We just downloaded the sample and re-produced the problem on our test computer.
So we can have it debugged easily, and we think we can solve it soon.
