Wndows 7 & Windows Media Player

I have noticed a small issue with the final output (.TS) and WMP 12.0.7. When there is a cut at the VERY beginning, the media player will not play the first 4 seconds of the video, and there are some beginning artifacts when it does begin playing, but just for a split second.
