Smart Cutter cannot open NGC HD streams

hmm cannot paste image of properties of video clip here ??????
well it says:
Bit rate 384 kbps
audio AC3 5.1
total bitrate 9514 kbps
frame with 1920
frame height 1088
25 fr/sec
H.264
(.ts)
File can be played with VLC perfectly.
It seems like all NGC HD steams cannot be opened.

So please help me again after all these years.

Could you please send us a video sample for a test?

It would be better if the sample file size is less than 100 MB.

If you can not find small sample, use this simple tool to split your movie file into small pieces, and upload any one of them.

before uploading sample, please create sub-directory with your name under the root, then upload sample to this sub-directory.

FULL priviliged --- mkdir, read, write, remove
Will be helpful to limit the sample file size under 100MB.

We have examined the sample, it turns out, there is a lot of extra data before the actual audio/video section, so the Smart Cutter does not recognize it as a valid H.264 movie.

Our developers will find a solution for this problem.
