The problem with playing on the Xtreamer

Post by Wrobel »

Recently joined files (mts) from Sony CX550 (full HD) using the Smart Cutter.
When I watched the output file in Splash PRO (on the PC) everything looked good.
During playback, the Xtreamer Pro (HDD player) during the transitions can be seen jamming (exactly at a time when transcoded frame ended and began file not converted)

When a file converted using ProCoder to mp4 all for Xtreamer everything looked well.

Do you have any suggestions where he might could be the problem?

Dear Wrobel:
Thanks for your concern.
the Xtreamer Pro (HDD player) during the transitions can be seen jamming
Please help us to show and identify the problem.

Could you please re-produce this problem in some software media player? We do not have a Xtreamer Pro, so we can not re-produce it on our end.

Looking forward to your further message.
Thank you very much.

Hi,

I understand that not having such hardware player is hard to find the problem but I'll try
I just uploaded my movie (00000.mts) which shows a video recorded from TV by Panasonic TZ7 to your FTP-Server, directory wrobel
The film shows what they look like places where there is a problem during playback trimmed Smart Cutter.
Problems occur in 2.19 sec, 13.0 sec, 19.08 sec, 27.09 sec.
The same problem occurs when playing a movie on:
- Xtreamer Pro
- Samsung TV LE32B650 (has the ability to play mts files via USB)

I uploaded also my original stream from my camcoder Sony CX550 and also the cutted clip to your FTP-Server
I used Splitter to split the original stream, I hope that's no problem.

On software media player as Splash Pro and Media Player Classic this problems does not occur.

Me and my friends really want to be able to use this program to cut movies from our Full HD camcorders, without loss of quality.

Thank you.

The description of the program is written: "Only small parts on the start and end points will be re-encoded. " What are the parameters of compression (bitrate) is written material. This is VBR or CBR. Maybe bitrare is too high (for my player HDD) and that causes jams during playback. The problem with playing occurs only at points of merger

Does anyone play HD material (cut using Smart Cutter) for HDD players (eg, Popcorn Hour, ASUS Oh, Play, WD Elements Play, FERGUSON ARIVA or other)?

Thanks for your help !

Dear Wrobel:
Thanks for your concern.

We double-checked the cut result of your sample, the bitrate of the merging point is 15mb.

wd tv (live) !! player and some other types of HDD player, as we know.

The developers are testing your movie sample by re-arranging the parameters. We will keep you posted about the progress.

Please feel free to send us your further advice and suggestion.
Thank you very much.
