if it is less than 2 seconds, the button "new end point" doesn't work. it works only when the duration is more than 2 seconds. although the button works when it is 2 seconds, the cutted video is 3 seconds. so you can't get a video that is less than 3 seconds

Dear rufang:
Thanks for your message.

'although the button works when it is 2 seconds, the cutted video is 3 seconds.'
The cut result duration will be as same as the defined segment duration, frame accurately. If you defined a segment, the cut result will contain as many video frames as you defined.

Please feel free to send us your further advice and suggestion.
Thank you very much.

what is segment?
I think "frame accurately" means I can choose any frame I want. no other factors to be considerd.
since is has something to do with segment. can i undefine segment?

'what is segment?'
A video segment is the video between the start and the end point you defined.

Dear rufang:
Thanks for your message.

'the original file is 03:42, 274 MB. the cut file is 02:47, but 318 MB.'

Could you please upload a original video sample showing the problem to our ftp server for a test?
It would be better if the sample file size is less than 50 MB.
-------------------------------------
before uploading sample, please create sub-directory with your name under the root, then upload sample to this sub-directory.

FULL priviliged --- mkdir, read, write, remove
Will be helpful to limit the sample file size under 50MB.
Thank you.
