Big tp hd file frome dvico 6600

I use a trial version of smart cutter.
I tried to cut a big hd tp file (5,7gb) obtained with tvico m 6600 with smart cutter.
The program starts and hangs immediately when i try to record.

After that, I tried with a small file, program works normally but when trying it I see the first seconds of the big file and after the small one.

I am very sad because this software seemed to be the only one which seemed to have a chance to work normally whith my tp files.

Dear Raoul:
Could you please send us a small sample file (larger than 3 MB) for a test? We have tested Smart Cutter with files larger than 16GB many times, so size of file does not matter.
If you could send us that sample, may be we can find out what is the problem. Thanks.
