adding one more input extension

Post by wtuppa »

Hi,

I use SmartCutter to cut DVB-S2 recordings from my Topfield SRP-2401CI+. This recorder saves the DVB stream in a .rec (instead of .ts) file, which is directly useable by SmartCutter. Would it possible to add this extension to the allowed MediaFiles types. So I would not have to rename all my recording prior cutting.

Thanks in advance

Dear wtuppa:
Thanks for your message.

'This recorder saves the DVB stream in a .rec (instead of .ts) file'
Are you sure this .rec file actually is TS format?
If so, we may add it into our default extension sets.

Looking forward to your further message.
Thank you very much.

HI,

if I rename it to .ts, I can use it directly in SmartCutter.
