Where is the Menu on Smart Cutter

Here is the dumb question of the day.

How do you access the Smart Cutter menu? I purchased a license, and don't see where to enter it. All that I see on my screen is the window below, no menu or controls of any kind If I click on the "FULL" button in the screen shown below, it tells me to make that setting using "Options". Same problem. How do you get to the options window?

Answered my own question - click the options button!
