impossible to open a video.

Hello guys,
i have buy a new tuner for my PC => http://www.avermedia.com/product/Produc ... spx?Id=516
the files recording is MP4 (H264) but i cant open this files with Smart Cutter :cry: :cry:

you can look at the problem ?

it's ok for my request,
i have no problem with DVB Viewer ;)
