Same problem here. Original video from a Hauppauge HDPVR is 59.94 fps. Output by SmartCutter is 25fps.
I've emailed clips to support.
Looking forward to a fix.

Thanks!

Hello Guys

I tested it on the source i sent to you
1280x720 @ 50 Fps (720P)
works really great
both the fps and the reframes probs are gone
encoding to .mkv went fine too

i tested it on a 1920x1080 @ 25 Fps (1080i)
this one is changing the .ac3 audio (comercials in 2.0 and the show is in 5.1 ch)
made 4 cuts and linked the files
this on i am encoding right now...ill get back with the result (hope it dont crashes in while encoding the cut points)

I do how ever get some odd showings in mediainfo i the overall bitrate and ofc the video bitrate
the cuttet part is below 600 kbps
the original part is just below 10.000 kbps
Maybe its because the "trail encoding" or the transcoding that it does to do frame accurate cutting in closed gops

But ill return with the result

until then

Really great and fast job u guys did :D

Edit
Encoding went well everything seems ok
Happy newyear
