I want to try out the SmartCutter and loaded the trial.
After installation i saw that its the 'SmartMate' version.
Hmm - doesnt matter, try this one:
-> Everything i do to attach a file for edit or view, programm chrashes !
2nd i tried loading the portable version.
Oh yes - thats seems to be SmartCutter !

I'm using an ASUS Board M4A88T-M/USB3 with integrated AMD graphics 4250
2 GB RAM and CPU is Phenom II X2 555
OS is XP SP3 - fresh installation last week after feahy HDD-crash.
What's wrong ?
Any issues ?

Please help us to show and identify the problem.
Could you please upload a video sample to our ftp server for a test?
It would be better if the sample file size is less than 50 MB.

before uploading sample, please create sub-directory with your name under the root, then upload sample to this sub-directory.
FULL priviliged --- mkdir, read, write, remove
Will be helpful to limit the sample file size under 50MB.

1) SD sample recorded by DVBDrean, ZDF on Astra 19.2°, 30 sconds.
2) HD sample, same as above

We have downloaded and tested the sample files, but we did not see any problem. Smart Cutter worked correctly on these two files, both on XP SP3 and Win 7.
Maybe you could try below steps to see whether it helps:
1.download the most updated portable version of Smart Cutter.
http://www.fame-ring.com/smart.cutter.rar
2.decompress it to a directory, say C:\FameRing, but not C:\Program Files this time.
in the directory, run the smart.portable.exe
