HDTV Cut's are corrupt at the beginning

Post by helmar »

Hi,

I've nearly the same issue than http://www.fame-ring.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=7376
I recorded german HDTV. When I cut with smart cutter, the result file jumps back a few frames at the beginning of the cut.
Tried a lot of different videoplayers (Kodi, VLC, some HW Streaming clients, Settop Box) they all show different behavior.
Some show green/grey rectangles, on some the video jumps back and forward a few frames. (see screenshots)

If I cut with tsdoctor, the result video file is fine. -> Bug in Smart Cutter?
I also tried to activate "Stream Fix" and "TME Modus" options. Same result, output file is corrupt at the beginning.

SD cut's are working fine. It seems, that only HDTV recordings are affected.

Example file is uploaded to subfolder helmar.
The error occurs at 0:00:00.640 - 0:00:00.720.
Before 0:00:00.640 and after 0:00:00.720 the output file is fine. (See screenshots in FTP directory helmar)
In original File there are no errors!!!!

Please investigate. Smart Cutter is a nice program, but when corrupting output files it's worthless.......

Thanks a lot

Helmar
