AverMedia EzRecorder 130

Hello guys,
i have buy a new recorder (AverMedia EzRecorder 130) and i cant use SmartCutter for cut my files.
The files is MP4 AVC but bad loading in SmartCutter.
I have upload a small sample in the FTP (folder "yogy").
Please please please you can fix it ?!?

i have update the new firmware for the EzRecorder and now i can cut the videos with SmartCutter
but the file is not cut exactly where I want, often a second before or a second after.
you can do something ?

Thanks for your message.

The problem of the previous sample file is related to the movie duration calculation, we are just working on it. Will keep you posted about the progress.

Looks like similar to the previous problem, if you could also provide a new sample, that will be helpful.
