How can I join two files?

Hi,

I use "Smart Cutter for DV and DVB". I can edit and cut files, but I can not find a possibility to join files.

There are no informations in the help an in the faq: http://www.fame-ring.com/faq/how.to.joi ... .h264.html
Only informations to edit files without re-encoding.
