Different output result in new computer

Dear support,

I just replaced a new computer and found that the output for SmartCutter is different which compare with my old computer.
The output file in new computer may not playback property. I performed a test and find that the filesize is totally different in different computer.
Is it the reason that I got problem in my new computer? Is there any computer setting or driver will cause this result?

2.What are the video players of your old and new computers to playback the cut result? Test in KMPlayer
3.What are the Smart Cutter version numbers on your old and new computers? Both are 1.8.4

KMPlayer in default setting, But it is play back in my friend's computers. But it is no issue if the file is cut by my old computer

I tried in 3 computers for test, same start and end time. All files size as shown below.
24,099,908 PC1_WINXP.ts
26,882,308 PC2_WIN7.ts
25,258,740 PC3_WIN7.ts

I performed some test again. Seem the problem found on SmartCutter run under Intel 4770k & 4770s CPU PCs only. (I guess problem occur on Haswell's CPU)
But no problem if I setup a VM platform in Intel 4770's PC. Compared the file size, 4770k & 4770s are larger than others. any clue?

Recently we made some tests on our end about this issue, but did not re-produce the problem yet. We tried KMPlayers on WinXP and Win7. And we will be trying it on various dshow filter combinations.

'Compared the file size, 4770k & 4770s are larger than others.'
Due to the transcoding optimization, on various CPU sets, some bits of the output may be slighty different, but this does not affect the video pixels actually, we are pretty sure about this.

Could you please upload a video sample (showing the problem) to our ftp server for a test? Here is our ftp info:
