problem with news channels

hi,
recently in France, we have a new 6 channels in HD and i have a problems for cut the videos recording on the channels.
look my screenshot, in Smart Cutter i have that :

This problem has already been pointed out, look here :

I pointed out that the recent new HD channels in France show the same behaviour than the BBC ones.

So according to the admin, the fix has been found and it's a question of time before the new release is made public !
