MovieShop vs Smart Cutter

Can we set MovieShop to edit without re-encoding the entire project?
IOW, does it have the same capability as the Smart Cutter?

They are totally two different product lines. MovieShop products include Browser, Framer and Suite; Smart products include Cutter and Mate.

q: What's the difference between MovieShop products and Smart products?
a: MovieShop products transcode movies into various formats. Smart products cut movies, while NOT altering movie format.

So, MovieShop products always re-encode entire project. It will not has the 'smart rendering' property as Smart products does.

Can I use both products with same key?

I purchased MovieShop already, but I just realized that Smart Cutter might be better for many purposes. Do I need to purchase both?

It would be perfect to have both features on the same software!

Dear Zuikkis:
If you really want is to browse H.264/AVCHD/MPEG2 video and cut them without re-encoding, (not converting to other formats) then what you need is Smart Mate. Smart Mate includes Smart Cutter as an internal part.
