Ok, so I started to do another movie cut and man, things are WAY out of whack..

1) The resulting movie is almost 2 gig's bigger then the original.

2) Cut commercials are still in tact.

3) Other scenes are completely missing..

What's next??

Way to go guys, I believe you have indeed fixed it. I just got finished cutting two videos and the nasty error is no more...
