World's first frame accurate H.264 AVCHD cutter without re-encoding!

after adding utf-8 file name support in ver.1.8.5. smart cutter not properly recognize path and names except english names.
for example:
don't want open files with korean names.
don't recognize properly path in other language except english.
in ver.1.8.8. same problem.

What progress in keyframe viewing?
it would be useful to see the nearest keyframes at the current position of the timeline.
hope you will add this option in future builds.
